Don Black speaks with Phoenix Brown and Robyn Cherry of the Bronzeville Center for the Arts. Beginning September 24th at Gallery 507, the Bronzeville Center for the Arts presents Building Bronzeville: Milwaukee’s Black Arts Movement. The exhibition takes us back to the late ’60s, ’70s, and early ’80s, highlighting the Black artists and creatives who made their mark right here in Milwaukee.
