Greater Utopian Church will host its Fourth Annual community health resource fair from 11 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24 on the church grounds located at 2925 West State Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The event aims to motivate, inspire and empower individuals and families of all ages to live a healthier lifestyle while caring for the total needs of each person.
Attendees will receive access to:
- Free on-site screenings
- Information on child safety, nutrition, HIV/AIDS, early development, mental health and
Domestic violence prevention - Information on services including dental and foot care.
Representatives from community health centers will be present to offer referrals and recommendations.
- Backpacks with school supplies (while supplies last)
- Beef hot dogs and snacks (while supplies last)
- Large bounce house!
- Free raffle every 30 minutes from 11:30 AM to 2 PM
- Great prizes! (Must be present to win, one prize per participant)
