2nd Annual Harvest Festival Saturday, October 17th at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The community is invited to celebrate the season at the 2nd Annual Harvest Festival, happening Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, 1531 W. Vliet Street in Milwaukee.
Now in its second year, the Harvest Festival is all about bringing families, friends, and neighbors together for a fun-filled fall celebration. And if the kids didn’t get a chance to visit a pumpkin farm this year, no worries—the pumpkin patch is coming right to the neighborhood!
Thanks to the generous support of Lorraine P. Carter Family Services, families can pick out free pumpkins and decorate them together right at the MLK Community Center.
There will be something for the entire family, including music, food, games, arts and crafts, Jalen & Isaiah’s Bouncy House and Cotton Candy, and karaoke with DJ Parkay. King Cares MKE, Inc. will also be on hand throughout the day to welcome families, help guests navigate the festival, and make sure everyone can enjoy the activities.
But the Harvest Festival is about more than pumpkins and fall fun. It’s an opportunity for neighbors to connect, children to have fun, and families to make memories together right here in the community.
