What’s up Milwaukee!! It’s your “Girlfriend on the Weekend.” It was all a dream (in My Biggie voice), until I landed an internship in promotions at Jammin’ 98.3 back in the early 2000s. Shortly after that I got my chance to be on the air and have been rocking the M.I.C. in my hometown ever since.

If you have not figured it out by now, music is my life. I began a career in entertainment at an early age, singing, recording, and traveling at the age of 12 with City High, Wyclef Jean, and more.

Every Saturday, I’ll let you know what’s trending and give you some ideas on where to hang out. Plus if you want tips on how to look good or find out which celebrities are staying “fashion forward”, I’ll give you the scoop with “I Slay Saturday”.

Outside of the studio, you will probably find me hosting events, shopping, hanging with my family, and enjoying this thing called life!!! I happily invite you to connect with me on air and turn up on Saturdays. Be sure to tune in… I might even sing a little something for you!

Music is my life!! I guess you can say I got it from my parents who are retired MPS music teachers. It was music 24/7 and I loved every moment. I still remember those orange grocery store crates that I used as turntable stands and that cheap microphone with the chewed-up chord that didn’t work most of the time. Those were the days!

I was born in New Orleans, LA, and raised in Milwaukee with a true love for radio. It is definitely a perfect career for me since I can’t hide my shyness. I would rather be heard and not seen! I started working with the Milwaukee Radio Group in 2010 as a promo staffer/ street team. I figured if I paid my dues, I just might get my big break as a Radio Personality. Surprisingly it happened!

When I’m on air I love to bring energy and humor to any story. It’s always good to laugh…especially when it’s about something not concerning you. Outside of my radio life, I enjoy being out with my family, listening to old-school music, and stuffing my face with seafood!

I believe that hard work and commitment are what you need to achieve any goal. Keep in mind it’s the happiness, the fulfillment, and the love for your career that defines your success.
