In 1981 Darrell Hines lay dead after being struck by lightning while working for Republic Airlines in Milwaukee, WI. When he was revived 45 minutes later physicians concluded that he would live his life in a vegetated state – but God had another plan. After overcoming amnesia, Bishop Hines answered the call of God. “You take care of My business, and I’ll take care of your business”, is what Bishop Hines recalls the Lord spoke to him more than 30 years ago. Since that day he has been “Telling a dying world about a living Christ.”
In 1989 Bishop Hines, along with his wife Pamela, Christian Faith Fellowship Church of God in Christ (CFFC), a mega-member congregation and one of the largest African American churches within the state of Wisconsin.
Bishop Hines is widely recognized for his cutting-edge preaching which is heard through radio, television, the internet, and publications. His notoriety as a singer spiraled during his musical debut “Darrell Hines Live”, which was nominated for a 2011 Stellar Award.
