Shenora Staten-Jordan created Melanated PrinciGALs; a collection of black and brown principals that primarily serve in Milwaukee to collaborate and share each other’s experiences to build a sisterhood centered around service and educational leadership. Shenora Staten-Jordan is the first and only black woman to receive the Herb Kohl Principal of the Year award. She is the current Principal at Messmer High School. Special guest – Vice Principal Abigail Demeter (Messmer High School), Chloe Jordan (Marquette University), Ashawntae Washington (Messmer High School) & Mia Nash (Messmer High School).
