Capita Productions presents “We Are The Drum 2024 – “The Rhythm of Our State”. come experience a world celebration of the African American journey through music song, and dance. Take a journey with Milwaukee’s most talented singers and dancers as they tell the story of the historical and ongoing influences of African Americans from the dances of Africa to the songs of today’s most talented artist. This year’s production features reflections on the civil rights movement and those who led the way here in Milwaukee.
