I can’t begin to tell you how much Milwaukee has grown on me. Seeing that two of my favorite things are food and music…..this couldn’t be a more perfect place.

Being from Chicago (don’t hold it against me), I’m used to and actually welcome Mother Nature throwing curveballs when she wants to. But I must say…when summer hits in Milwaukee….I’m in heaven.

So many festivals to hit. Brady Street Festival and Center Street Daze are probably my favorites because of their diversity and quirkiness. I’ll be looking to hit up a lot more  this summer. I f you have any suggestions,  just email me.

Normally, I stay in my food comfort zone….chips and my favorite fruit (pineapple)….but there are too many yummy places that have to take my money at least once a week. Let’s just say my taste buds have gotten a workout in the past two years.

I have more truths to share with you, but you have to listen to hear them… along with my really bad jokes. Or maybe I will share some with you at a Jammin’ 98.3 event.

And don’t forget to send in your favorite songs from high school for the Jammin Yearbook. You do know that your choices also reflect what kind of person you were back then….and I have to say that the majority of you are just like me…a little splash of special.
