Take a Loved One to the Doctor Day

It’s way easier to fight an illness if you know about it early.  That’s why Jammin’ 98.3 and Tom Joyner encourage you to take yourself and a loved one to the doctor.

For the 8th year in a row, we are asking you to make an appointment for a general check-up.

Tom says, “Getting black people to become more proactive about their health is the goal of Take a Loved One to the Doctor Day.  My son learned he had diabetes at our first doctor day and other members of our morning crew discovered ailments they didn’t know they had.”

April 7th, 2009 is the kick-off for “Doctor Day.”  Pledge to Take a Loved One to the Doctor by clicking here.
