Toni Braxton, Babyface join Broadway’s ‘After Midnight’

Singer Toni Braxton and her longtime collaborator Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds are heading to Broadway to appear in upcoming musical “After Midnight.”

The Grammy winners have signed on for a two-week stint in the production, which celebrates jazz icon Duke Ellington’s years at Harlem’s famous Cotton Club,

The production will officially open at the Brooks Atkinson Theater on Nov. 13 and Braxton and Babyface will appear in March.

Other artists set to star in the show include K.D. Lang and Fantasia Barrino.

Braxton and Babyface have also teamed up to record a new duets album – “Love, Marriage & Divorce” – which is set for release in December.

The “Un-Break My Heart” singer previously appeared on the stage in Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” and “Aida,” while Babyface is set to make his Broadway debut.
