DMX was in trouble with the law again on Tuesday night when he was arrested in South Carolina.

The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, was a passenger in a car which was pulled over by police officers on suspicion of making an illegal turn, and the cops detained him on a previous warrant which was issued for his arrest.

The warrant reportedly stems from a previous case when he was accused of driving without a valid license.

DMX became agitated during his arrest and suffered an asthma attack, according to TMZ, and paramedics were called to the scene to give him the all-clear before he was taken into custody.

The website reports he is slated to appear in court on Wednesday. DMX was last arrested on July 26, and he has been in trouble with the law on numerous occasions over the last few months.
