Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Poetry Contest

Entries are being accepted for the 2014 Northwestern Mutual Foundation Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Poetry Contest.

Kids ages 5-18 are encouraged to enter a written poem or a spoken word piece based on this Dr. King quote “I am the dream.”

Winners in the spoken word category will present their piece live at the annual Dr. King Breakfast on Monday, January 20. The poetry winners will have their poems displayed in the MLK program and will be recognized at the breakfast.
